Dedicated in 1958, the Nob Hill Masonic Center of San Francisco (also known as the Masonic Temple or Masonic Auditorium) is located in the Nob Hill neighborhood.
The Nob Hill Masonic Center has several large sculptures on its façade representing the four branches of the Armed Services, as well as a frieze depicting the struggle between good and evil. Inside, the center features a mosaic window crafted by artist Emile Norman that contains soil and gravel from each of the 58 counties in California and depicts a variety of natural themes and professions,
The Nob Hill Masonic Center is also home to the Henry Wilson Coil Library and Museum of Freemasonry, dedicated to the education of both Masons and non-members about the Masonic traditions, history and culture.
Managed by Live Nation, there are now a variety of concerts and events at the Nob Hill Masonic Center and everything from soul to stand-up comedy can be found on the Nob Hill Masonic Center’s event’s schedule.
