Attached to a sister bar around the corner, Wilson & Wilson is downtown's best kept secret. Hidden behind a large wooden door with an RSVP policy only, is the craftiest cocktail bar you'll stumble upon in this part of town. The Mixologists are insanely talented and super friendly. Take a date here if you want to impress them. It is intimate and the mood is like one you would find in an old black and white detective film: dimly lit, quiet and sultry. There is one downside though: the chairs are extremely painful. I think it's their tactic to keep guests from loitering there the entire night and moving people in and out quicker. They also do not serve food, which is another reason this place is perfect for a date. You can come here for before or after dinner cocktails.
