Coeds in the mood for some serious partying won’t want to miss Back Up, a rowdy mess of drunken revelry and meat-market mingling.
The vast purple room, which features flashing green lasers, clusters of glittering disco balls, and an immense dance floor, swarms with preppy boys and party girls getting down to the DJ’s mix of Michael Jackson and Katy Perry, while bachelorette partiers set up camp on plush black chairs by the bar, all the better to order another bottle of champagne and check out the rugby lads pounding beers in the nearby smoking room.
As the night wears on and the fog machine goes into overtime, tipsy girlfriends and jocks get a little closer on the dance floor to show off their best moves and smile for the camera as the in-house photographer documents the gyrating sweaty singles.
Frenetic and flirty, Back Up is a fun spot for hooking up with pals, scoring some numbers, and partying all night long – no backup plan required.
Jocks, meatheads, chatty girlfriend groups, preppy boys, party girls, students, and post-grads, early 20s+.
DJ spins 70s and 80s cheese, pop, house, electrocic, Top 40, R&B, and old-school rock. Regular theme nights include Erasmus Student Night, 90s Party, Spring Break Party, and The Summer Club.
