It’s all about the scenery and the sunset at La Torre, a stunning guesthouse, restaurant, and bar perched high atop the Cap Negret cliffs on the western side of the island.
Bathed in color and light, La Torre charms with its panoramic views of the blue sea and sky, the green hues of the surrounding nature, the red rock cliffs, and the gold sunset horizon for which it is most known.
A rustic courtyard leads guests to the bright and airy bar, which in turn gives way to the expansive stone terrace and the vast seascape in front of it.
La Torre is particularly popular with a more subdued clientele that gathers to sip wine, watch the sunset, and linger over a meal of fresh local cuisine.
With its unsurpassed location, excellent food, soothing ambient music, and impressive views, La Torre offers a tranquil sunset experience that is far enough off the beaten path to retain a pleasant air of exclusivity.
Take advantage of the natural swimming hole tucked between the rock formations below. Just follow the flight of stairs out front down to the water’s edge – perfect place for a pre-sunset dip! Also, make sure you bring some cash with you because La Torre is about 20 minutes outside of San Antonio and can cost up to €20 each way.
Relaxed couples and chill locals, late 20s to 50s.
