Big Gigantic Bio

Big Gigantic

Big Gigantic – made up of Dominic Lalli (saxophone, producer) and Jeremy Salken (drums) – is a livetronica band that mixes live saxophone and drums with electronic beats. Big Gigantic performances are always high-energy shows and the Boulder, Colorado-based group fuses the improvisation tactics of jam bands (think Phish) with synthesizers and bass tones normally reserved for DJs like Benny Benassi.

The band’s most successful effort to date is its 2012 album, Nocturnal, which climbed to number two on the iTunes electronic charts behind the strength of enchanting tracks like “It’s Going Down” and “Rise and Shine.”

Big Gigantic has gained thousands of fans by bringing their eager enthusiasm, awesome music, and dynamic light show to Freakfest, Summer Camp Music Festival, Austin City Limits, All Good Music Festival, Bonnaroo, and Electric Forest Festival and critics have compared them to the likes of contemporaries Mimosa, Lotus, and Pretty Lights.

Make sure to buy your Big Gigantic tickets soon because you don’t want to miss out on this high-energy band any longer!
