form the rough boundaries of the North End
Boston’s North End is good for groups thanks to its historic sites, parks, and dessert shops that bring in tourists and residents both young and old.
During the day, the North End offers lots of opportunities for curious crews to learn more about Boston's past, with storied historical haunts such as the Paul Revere House and Old North Church, two places made famous during the American Revolution. Or take the posse on a stroll down the cobblestone streets of Little Italy, one of the oldest ethnic enclaves in the U.S.
Also good for groups in the North End is the area’s public parks, like Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park, which has free public Wi-Fi, a playground, fountain, and free outdoor concerts and movie nights throughout the summer.
But one of the biggest reasons the North End is good for groups is because the neighborhood has something that appeals to most folks – desserts! Lulu's Sweet Shoppe, Mike's Pastry, and Modern Pastry Shop are known to bring in the entire gang for a cannoli or cupcake. The line down the block at these establishments means it’s worth the wait!
