Arabian artwork and hookahs adorn the walls of Alarabi, a unique Middle Eastern restaurant and hookah bar with an exotic but mellow vibe.
The outdoor seating area offers an easygoing space for conversing with friends and meeting other patrons, and fills up quickly during Happy Hour in the summer.
Inside, café tables, corners piled with pillows, and a communal bed provide the comfiest spots to pass the hookah around.
Patrons popping in for a meal will discover a menu that features a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast that’s served until 4pm, as well as a number of fish and lamb dishes.
After dinner, Alarabi becomes a trendy, relaxing lounge where hip young Berliners gather to drink and smoke before hitting the nearby late-night hotspots.
Relaxed locals and visitors, 20s and 30s.
Mix of Middle Eastern, electronic, and tranquil lounge music.
Middle Eastern menu, mainly fish and lamb. Breakfast served until 4pm. Happy Hour daily 4–9pm.
Appetizers €3.80+, breakfast €5, entrées €8–€14. Hookah €5.50. Beer €2.50+, wine €3.40/glass or €13+/bottle, cocktails €4.50–€6.
Casual.
