Aug 20, 2012 —
We’re deep into August and although the weather is still sizzling, those impending feelings of doom have started to creep in…summer is almost over. No need to fret though! Some of the greatest events of the year are almost upon us. That’s right music lovers everywhere, you’re about to get one more chance to go a little crazy before cooler temperatures require you to start wearing legitimate clothing and give up any remaining delusions of a “beach day” existing in your near future.
We have compiled a list of some of the coming months’ music festivals from Chicago to Berlin to get your music hearts pumping. Whether you’re into EDM or alternative jams, each of these festivals offers a variety of artists for any taste. And let’s face it, there is no better way to enjoy the warm autumn nights than with some late night live music. The party doesn’t stop because summer is over; in fact, the after parties at some of these events are so legendary you may be hung over for days. So grab your favorite pair of cut offs, slip into your self-painted shoes, and slide on those 25 wrist bands, because fall festival season is officially coming!
