Military Bowl Football Every Year in December

The Military Bowl is an annual Division I post-season college football game held in December at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. Current home of D.C. United and former home of the Washington Redskins, RFK Stadium is located on the east end of DC and has a 46,000-person capacity.

Started in 2008, the Military Bowl traditionally pits a team from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) against either a Conference USA team or a service academy, however exceptions can and have been made due to complicated college football circumstances. The Military Bowl’s purpose is to provide support for the USO and donates money and tickets to service members and their families each year. Past Military Bowl winners include UCLA, Maryland, and Toledo.

Military Bowl tickets range from $25–$90 and tickets to various events throughout the week before the bowl game can be found online.
