Avicii is one of the biggest DJs on the international electronic dance music (EDM) scene. Born in Sweden in 1989 as Tim Bergling, Avicii has topped music charts around the world as a both a DJ and record producer. He was sixth out of the top 100 DJs by DJ Magazine in 2011, officially marking Avicii’s rise as one of the most popular DJs in the world. Avicii’s collaboration with the electronic godfather, David Guetta, on “Sunshine” quickly gained the attention of music industry giants and even got a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording.

Avicii’s hit song “Levels” went platinum in Australia and Sweden and propelled him to the top ten charts in Austria, Croatia, Belgium, India, Germany, Bosnia, the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece, and Italy. Since signing with EMI Music in 2012, Avicii has gained over 2 million fans on Facebook and continues to be a staple at parties and nightclubs from LA to Tokyo.
