Party Earth Review Young revelers pining for a hopping piano bar, expansive patio, or a simple American menu that won’t break the bank won’t do better in this neck of DC than Mr. Smith’s of Georgetown. A clash between an old diner and a museum in terms of décor, with lots of Tiffany lamps and antique mirrors, the bar’s inconsistent theme is almost a metaphor for the nightly pianist who gets college-aged regulars riled up over lots of 70s and 80s classics.
