Jun 19, 2012 — There are plenty of things to distract you in the nation’s capital this summer. The Washington Nationals are leading the NL East. The Supreme Court is making landmark decisions. There’s a little thing called the 2012 presidential campaign in full swing.
But forget all that for a minute – the NBA Finals is going on right now and it just so happens that the two best players on the planet are going head to head. Durant vs. Lebron could go down as one of the best match-ups ever. And that’s before you consider the bull-headed warriors of Wade and Westbrook.
Needless to say, the series has been good and is only getting better, so you’ll need to find some great sports bars in DC to actually watch the rest. Luckily, we’ve put together that list just for you. So stop thinking about political strategy for a second and go watch some basketball!
