Aug 9, 2013 Relaxed atmosphere but great for sports fans too "I like Matilda especially for the vibe and atmosphere; sure it can get crowded and busy, but its a very relaxed environment. There are plenty of appetizer options to split, which are great for when you're there on a Saturday afternoon to watch a game. For your actual meal they are all across the board with sandwiches, pasta fish and burritos (I recommend the man n' cheese.) Matilda has a pretty standard set of draft beers, but they're all pretty affordable at a price of $6 or less. They've got quite the martini list as well, I have not partaken in it however" hide

  • Fatpour Tap Works

Fatpour Tap Works - American Restaurant | Brewery | Sports Bar in Chicago.
Aug 9, 2013 A plethora of beers for you to enjoy "Fatpour is a classy joint my friends. They have a great menu with a lot of varying options for lunch and dinner, plus they suggest a type of beer that would pair well with it. Let's talk about beers shall we? Fatpour has pretty much every beer under the sun: wheat beers, Belgians, IPAs, ambers, ciders and stouts. If they don't have the specific brand you're looking for, odds are they will suggest a pretty decent replacement. The setup of Fatpour is really cool with a tall glass case holding the various kegs of beer, going up to the second floor. Meals are usually under $20 and beers are anywhere from $5-$12, with the $3 PBR tallboy as well. Check out Fatpour next time you're on Division!" hide

The Fifty/50 - Restaurant | Sports Bar in Chicago.
Aug 9, 2013 Great wings, beers and sports...if you're into that "The Fifty/50 is technically a "sports bar" but despite the fact that I am in no way a sports fan I really enjoy the place. They have a wide array of bar food with chicken wings (traditional and boneless), burgers and sandwiches. All of the dinner items are pretty affordable, with the burgers usually going for under $15. Fifty/50 has a good craft beer selection for the beer snobs like me as well, usually ranging from about $5-$8; they have $3 PBR cans for the more frugal customers. I'd highly recommend Fifty/50 for a good time, the staff is very friendly too!" hide
