"Went to see Palma Violets at the Echoplex in LA last week and man did these guys rock. The amps were cranked up along with their energy and the crowd responded with a head-bobbing semi-mosh pit in front on most of the stage. This is a band that's definitely on the rise and seem to be playing bigger and bigger venues as the months go by. The current tour is in support of their first album 180 which is an awesome garage rock, sing-along type album. These guys put on an amazing show and I love the duality of their music and the members of the group. On the one hand you have the lead singer and keyboardist who can certainly rock but bring the mellower side to the band. On the other hand, you have the drummer and the bass player Chilli (who is a maniac) bringing high energy and pounding rhythm throughout all of their songs. If you get an opportunity to see these guys I highly recommend. You'll be singing and chanting along with them. Just be ready to knock into some friends, sweat up a storm, and have a great time."

"I disagree! If he can make it through the 2 hours of screaming and shrieking, the One Direction move is potentially brilliant. Those boys get the engines revved...boyfriend will reap the benefits post-concert."
