Newbury Street - Outdoor Activity | Shopping Area in Boston.
Apr 22, 2013 You'll Bring A Friend Who's Visiting "Newbury Street is the first place I think of bringing family or friends to whenever they are visiting. As a college student in a college town, you'd think it would be hard to know where to bring your parents, or a friend that's either a little too old or a little too young, but Newbury is your guaranteed solution for a great time. The street is full of energy, but at the same time it's very relaxed. You can spend the day exploring the awesome stores and shops, and stop in the same area for a relaxing break at a beautiful outdoors cafe that is most likely serving exactly what you're craving. The ambience on Newbury is a product of an exciting combination of culture, history, and like-minded youth. Everyone's there to have a blast, and believe me, the attitude is contagious." hide

"After many years of being a laughingstock of the NBA, the New York Knicks finally have a strong presence in the league. In this 2012-2013 season, they've managed to make a powerful statement to the nation, finishing 2nd in the Eastern Conference. Carmelo Anthony, the team's superstar leader, had a spectacular season, averaging an astounding 28.7 points per game, which won him the regular season scoring title. Head Coach Mike Woodson led the team to its winningest record in over a decade and is being considered for the Coach of the Year award after being named Coach of the Month for April. J.R. Smith, the team's second best scorer, has had an unbelievable season, complementing Anthony when on the court together, and stepping up whenever the team found itself playing without its top dog. Smith is a contender for the sixth man award this season. And then there is every single other player on the team. The Knicks have become a powerful combination of very different players with very different skill sets. It has been an extremely exciting season watching the team's success unfold as a result of strong leadership and great chemistry. Their run, however, is most certainly not yet over. This post-season will be the true test to see whether or not this team has finally achieved the Championship Contender status that New Yorkers have been longing for. Let's Go, Knicks!" hide
