Grabbing a bite at the Abbey Theatre in Rome.

Jun 13, 2012 — Rome can be a chaotic place with so much to see and do that sometimes it’s great to start off the night slowly in one of the many piazzas to have a drink, eat some pizza, and watch the beautiful girls pass by.
This outdoor scene begins to pick up energy, though, when the aperitivo crowd starts rolling out of the wine bars and cafés, but the party atmosphere really kicks into high gear later on in Campo de’ Fiori, with a seemingly endless amount of barhopping options.
The entire Roman nightlife is only further bolstered by the young, flirtatious crowd that packs the piazzas and makes the whole city seem like one big block party. And after a drink or two, it’s nice to know that you can continue partying hassle-free in the clubs in Testaccio, where cover charges and long lines are practically nonexistent.
