Party Earth Review: A narrow, cosmopolitan lounge featuring a wide range of music and various theme nights, Anima attracts a diverse international crowd that keeps the place jumping late into the night. Gold gilt walls and huge chandeliers give way to a dance floor, bar, and lounge, while an upstairs seating area with comfy couches and day beds provides a bit of privacy and a great view of the action below. The club is particularly crowded after midnight on weekdays when the surrounding bars start to shut down and patrons stream in to shake their hips as the DJs spin a variety of music, or to watch the good-looking bartenders entertain the masses with a few tricks of the trade. As one of the few venues with no cover charge and no wait at the door, Anima has become a fun and wild spot for a diverse but always outgoing and flirty clientele eager and open to mingling, dancing, and meeting new people.
