Tricia's Favorite Places in Paris
Name
Tricia Craig
What is your favorite part of the job?
Working with Party Earth really helped me find new places around the city to enjoy. My friends and I loved going on assignments to new areas of
Paris and finding little venues we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Plus it’s always fun to have managers whisk you in the door and make sure you’re having a great time!
Short Story/Anecdote from your time on the job:
My friend and I went to the
Frog and Princess Pub one night and ended up befriending half the bar crew, staying for hours, and belting out American karaoke classics. We became semi-regulars there and eventually ended up going out with the staff to their favorite after-hours places like
The Highlander and some random karaoke bar. It was a fun way to find more places around
Paris. Random nights like those were always incredibly fun – and surprisingly, they seemed to happen at the places where we said we’d only go for one drink – ha!
Which Party Earth reviewer(s) do you resemble most and why?
I’d say I’m mostly an
Emma, with a definite taste of
Adriana. I usually prefer fun places with a more low-key vibe where you can chat with friends, but I also love dressing up from time to time and splurging on fancy cocktails and dancing the night away with the Parisian elite.
What is your perfect day in Paris? What are you doing and where are you going from morning to night?
I would have a relaxing morning and then grab a pastry and café from any local bakery. In the afternoon I would do some shopping in
Saint Germain and wander into some of the many little bookshops, art galleries, or museums hidden around
Paris. For dinner I would go to my favorite Parisian café in the 1st where we know the owners, then out to
Experimental Cocktail Club for drinks before hitting
Le Mag to dance until sunrise.
