London is such a fascinating city, which is why I always want to share my favorite places with everyone I meet, so they can enjoy them as much as I have over the years!
Reporting for Party Earth encouraged me to revisit my old favorites, while discovering new places along the way that I may not have found otherwise.
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time working on behalf of Party Earth in London. My weekends were a whirlwind of activity trying to tick off my list of places to review in Clapham, Shoreditch, and Mayfair, so I was quite exhausted by the end of the project! That being said, it was a great experience and I would do it all again in a heartbeat!
Highlights include visiting Café de Paris during a Winter Wonderland theme night complete with stilt walkers, chocolate fountains, and amazing go-go dancers! The best bit of the experience was getting to jump the lines and get VIP service wherever my friends and I went, all in the name of work!
I’m a mix between Adriana and Emma. While I enjoy going to trendy high-end clubs, I enjoy casual, no-frills pubs just as much as the next girl! Variety is what makes London great. I have just as much fun dressing up in a cocktail dress and heels to hit the clubs as I do wearing jeans and a t-shirt to go to a gig.
My perfect day would involve sleeping in and reading all of the papers, then heading out for brunch at one of the many fabulous cafés in Clapham or Sloane Square. Brunch out of the way, I’d head to the Tate Modern or Saatchi Gallery to spend a few hours checking out the latest exhibits to get creative inspiration. Afterwards, I’d head to Covent Garden to hit the independent shops and boutiques for some much-needed retail therapy. Exhausted after a long day out, I’d finish off the evening by meeting up with my friends for cocktails at a trendy bar in Soho.
