Once ushered through the doors, the status-conscious clientele find themselves immersed in a glam-meets-goth interior, with giant black chandeliers, deep purple walls, and sumptuous velvet-covered chairs forming the backdrop for low-key conversation. The long, illuminated bar in the front is an elegant post from which to sample Bound’s exquisite wines, while the sushi bar in the back offers light dinner fare. A sophisticated mid-30s+ crowd dominates the dinner hour, while the slightly younger jet set starts arriving after 10pm.
House/techno music keeps the mood elevated.
Sushi, a varied á la carte menu, and desserts. Last dinner served at 12:45am.
Á la carte selections €15–€35, prix fixe menus: lunch €32–€50, dinner €50–€70, sushi €10–€30. Beer €10, wine and cocktails €12+.
Dressy/designer.
Saturdays are golden, especially after midnight.
