The Paris Autumn Festival is an international contemporary arts festival held annually in Paris, France.
The festival, which first began in 1972, runs from September to December and features film, photography, dance, opera, theater, and musical performances. The goal of the Paris Autumn Festival is to expose France to new acts and cultures and to help emerging artists gain recognition for their work.
The Paris Autumn Festival features over 40 events held in a variety of locations in Paris including the Pompidou Center, Théâtre de Chaillot, and Theatre des Champs Élysées, and it attracts over 100,000 audience members each year.
Past performers at the Paris Autumn Festival include the Martha Graham Dance Company, the New York Philharmonic, the Orchestre de Paris, and Denmark’s Odin Theatre.
Tickets for each event at the Paris Autumn Festival can be purchased individually and usually range from €8-€36.
