New York Rangers

The New York Rangers are a National Hockey League (NHL) team that plays games at Madison Square Garden in Midtown, Manhattan. The stadium’s most recent incarnation was built in 1968, has gone through several renovations, and has a seating capacity of 18,200. Rangers games are always hard-hitting affairs as they skate against fellow Atlantic Division rivals in the Eastern Conference. The Rangers first started slapping shots in New York back in 1926 and are winners of multiple division championships, conference championships, and Stanley Cups. Notable Rangers include Mark Messier, Brian Leetch, Wayne Gretzky, Theo Fleury, and Jaromir Jagr. Rangers tickets can be easy to come by if the team is having a losing season, but when the Broadway Blueshirts get hot, they pack the Garden to the rafters.
