The New Jersey Devils are a National Hockey League (NHL) team that plays games at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The stadium was built in 2007 and has a seating capacity of 17,625. The team was originally founded in 1974 in Kansas City and has been playing in New Jersey since 1982. Devils games are always hard-hitting affairs as the team rolls up its sleeves against their Atlantic Division rivals in the Eastern Conference. The Devils have had a decent amount of success in their history – they’ve won multiple Stanley Cups – and have fielded hockey greats like Martin Brodeur, Patrik Elias, Scott Stevens, Scott Niedermeyer, and Ken Daneyko. Devils tickets can be purchased through the team or on the secondary market and are usually easy to come by as long as the team is having a mediocre year.
