New York Jets

The New York Jets are a National Football League (NFL) team that plays games at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The stadium was built in 2010 and has a seating capacity of 82,566. The team was originally founded in 1959 and was named the Titans of New York. Ownership of the team changed in 1963 along with the name, and Jets games have been ever-present in the NFL ever since. The Jets play in the American Football Conference (AFC) in the West Division against other eastern rivals. Jets games have been hit or miss over the years, they often play the role of little brother to their NFC counterpart the New York Giants. But the Jets have a Super Bowl under their belt and have fielded many a great player like Joe Namath, Curtis Martin, Freeman McNeil, and Joe Klecko. Jets tickets – in spite of, or due to their performance on the field – are typically hard to get as games almost always sell out.
