Drinking games at the Village Pourhouse in NY!

Jun 3, 2012 — All you need to know about New York is that it’s a high-octane, never-ending party where almost anything goes day or night.
People here work hard, so they’re constantly searching for ways to cut loose, something the city provides in spades. During the week, I-bankers looking to drink off a rough day in the markets flock to old-school restaurants and bars with loud Happy Hours and solid cocktails in the Financial District, while weekends sees workaholics playing in basketball and hockey leagues at Chelsea Piers or cramming into countless sports bars to catch a Yanks or Giants game.
But whatever you do before the night starts, get ready, because come eleven o’clock, the masses descend on the city’s hundreds of bars to simply get ripped, dance like crazy, hook up, and forget about their jobs. The barhopping options are unlimited in Murray Hill, around NYU, and in the East Village, where there are tons of spots on every block. And the best part is that around 4am, when everything shuts down, all you have to do is stumble onto the subway or into a cab to get home.
Don’t worry, though, you won’t be taking that walk of shame alone.
