NYCB Theatre at Westbury (Westbury, NY) - Concert Venue | Theater in New York.

Formerly known as the Westbury Music Fair, NYCB Theatre at Westbury is located in Westbury, New York about an hour outside of Manhattan. The venue itself grew from an outdoor tented performance venue for eighteen-hundred people in 1956 to a fully enclosed theater in the round for three thousand spectators in 1966.

Events at the NYCB Theatre have featured talented performers such as King and I, The Who, Bruce Springstein, Diana Ross, and George Carlin. The theater is presently partnered with the entertainment company Live Nation, and also has a history of presenting New York City's Broadway shows when they tour in Long Island.

On premise parking is available and is included in the price of event tickets. Food and beverage concessions are available within the space, and the theater is able to host private catered events as well.

Joanna Finfer May 6, 2013 3.0 stars Pretty Spacious The NYCB Theatre in Westbury is a nice theatre with spectacular acts. The lobby is large and spacious. There are bars everywhere you turn--so it's great for a concert! Remember to bring some extra cash. A beer is kind of expensive. The sitting area is spacious as well. It's almost like you're sitting in an arena! The center stage spins so all audience members can enjoy the show wherever they sit. It really is a nifty place to be.
Emilia Gambardella Jan 13, 2013 3.0 stars small, intimate theatre on long island You're not going to see Kanye there anytime soon, but it really is a nice venue. I've been twice, once to see BB King and once to see Il Volo. For smaller acts like these, it's nice to have the option to stay on the Island. The theatre is small, and round with the stage in the middle. The stage rotates, so you get to see every part of what is going on onstage, which is really cool. They have a variety of acts (music, comedy, etc), and there is always something going on. Both times I went it was packed.
