Party Earth Review: Cardamomo is the place to both watch and participate in flamenco dancing every night of the week. Although there’s a large bar up front, the main attraction is in the cavernous space in the back where some of Spain’s finest flamenco musicians and dancers showcase their talents on a small stage bathed in red and blue lights. Ample seating allows a good-sized regular crowd to watch in wonder as beautifully costumed dancers stomp out the mesmerizing steps, while a singer and guitar virtuoso provide the complex and powerful music. The professionals take the stage most nights to wow the crowds with their expertise and their passion for the dance, and both the customers and the performers take their flamenco seriously and cherish the opportunity to share their love of the dance with others. A wall of posters and photographs in the bar pays tribute to the country’s greatest performers of all time, so guests should take a moment to learn about the tradition and history of the national dance while at Cardamomo as well.

“What an experience! The crowd is appreciative and the dancing is unbelievable. The most professional and well-known dancers often take the stage on Wednesdays, but if you can't make it then, don’t sweat it – what the other aspiring dancers lack in talent, they make up for with the palpable passion that makes flamenco such a cool dance to watch. In fact, the amateurs put so much heart and soul into their efforts, they’re often more fun to watch than the seasoned pros!”
