Party Earth Review: Situated right in the center of Gran Vía, De Las Letras Hotel and Restaurante is a four-star hotel with a lovely modern lounge where projected lights cast a soft blue glow and ambient music creates a hip environment for the stylish guests. The real treat at Las Letras, however, is El Ático, a rooftop terrace accessible through the elevators located just past reception. The panoramic view of the elaborate architecture and spires of Gran Vía and downtown Madrid provides a spectacular backdrop for patrons eager to escape the sounds of the bustling city streets below. A small bar, intimate tables, and a spacious gazebo furnished with cushy sofas provide plenty of space for the well-dressed clientele of young professionals to mingle. Light music, scattered flowers, and a decidedly cosmopolitan vibe at De Las Letras add up to an ideal spot for a romantic date, a gathering of friends, and cheerful conversation.
