Party Earth Review: Located in the heart of the sizzling nightlife of Huertas – a legendary strip of clubs and bars on the eastern side of the city center – the critically acclaimed Café Jazz Populart is one of Madrid’s oldest and most popular jazz clubs, which presents a diverse roster of live performances that include reggae, jazz, Afro-Brazilian, blues, and salsa. “Go to Café Populart with a group of friends, because the constant buzz of loud music makes it difficult to start conversations with strangers. The place is on the small side and fills up quickly, so go before 10pm to claim a space. Be ready for performers to jump into the audience.”
