There are a number of great stadiums in Los Angeles that always have an array of events and activities scheduled, from major sporting events and concerts to expansive flea markets and more.
Dodger Stadium is one of the oldest professional ballparks in the entire country, playing host to hometown heroes the Dodgers as well as big touring bands from Springsteen to Simon and Garfunkel, and offers great views of Downtown LA, the tree-lined hills of Elysian Park, and the San Gabriel Mountains. The Staples Center is another big LA stadium and multipurpose arena, though it is far newer than Dodger Stadium. Opened in 1999, the Staples Center attracts an estimated four million visitors every year with Lakers and Clippers basketball, Kings ice hockey, arena football, concerts, and even boxing and wrestling.
No talk of stadiums in LA would be complete without mentioning the Rose Bowl, of course, which is not only where the UCLA Bruins football team takes the field but is also where the Rose Bowl Game is held, major concerts take place, and regular Pasadena flea markets set up every month.
There are many Los Angeles stadiums for you to check out, with schedules varied enough to satisfy fans of almost every activity imaginable.
