The National Championship of Poker is an annual, multi-version poker tournament held in April at the Hollywood Park Casino just south of Los Angeles in Inglewood, CA. The Hollywood Park Casino is primarily a card-game casino hosting daily tournaments along with the larger, annual events like the National Championship of Poker.
With individual events spread throughout the month, the National Championship of Poker culminates in a No-Limit Hold ‘Em Championship that has seen over 1,000 competitors. National Championship of Poker winners have included poker professionals Edward Milman and Lang Lee.
The National Championship of Poker buy-ins range from $60-$335, with individual winnings reaching $100,000.
