Los Angeles Convention Center Convention Center

The Los Angeles Convention Center, situated adjacent to L.A. Live, is one of the largest convention centers in the United States. The center consists of exhibition space, meeting room space, and a 300-seat theater.

Opened in 1971, the Los Angeles Convention Center later went through two major expansions and renovations in 1993 and 1997. The 54-acre facility is now a prominent landmark in downtown Los Angeles.

There have been a number of popular events at the Los Angeles Convention Center, including the Great Los Angeles Auto Show, the Anime Expo, the Primetime Emmy Awards’ Governors Ball, and the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).
