Launched in 2005, the Wireless Festival takes place in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park every year in early July, and promises 70+ big-name bands and DJs on multiple stages.
For lovers of the mainstream and electronic music scene, the Wireless Festival is a can’t-miss summer event.
Over 60,000 fans a day pour into the open space and transform the historic park into a rowdy three-night extravaganza of music, dancing, and partying. Wireless Festival performers include a huge range of the world’s most popular musical acts, with a clear focus on Top 40, electro, rap, and alternative rock.
Previous Wireless Festival performers have included deadmau5, Rihanna, Drake, Kanye West, P!nk, The Temper Trap, Jay-Z, The Chemical Brothers, Nicki Minaj, and many, many more.
Typically there are five separate stages set up in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park during the Wireless Festival, so finding the performer you want should never be an issue.
Wireless Festival tickets are usually around £50/day, £92 for two days, and £130 for all three days. However, if you plan to attend the Wireless Festival, keep in mind that tickets can sell out as early as March!
For a few additional Euros you can also rent a locker to store your valuables while attending the Wireless Festival. These can typically be booked through the ticket agent, and also have a tendency to sell-out fast.
