Once voted Best New Club at the London Club and Bar Awards, The Cuckoo Club is undoubtedly one of London’s hottest nightspots and attracts a well-heeled, fashionable crowd of the city’s movers and shakers, as well as a routine smattering of celebrities.
Lavishly decorated in hues of pink, burgundy, and purple, The Cuckoo Club features fine dining upstairs and dancing downstairs, where DJs spin a fusion of musical genres and patrons are illuminated by rows of ceiling-mounted LED lights flashing in tune to the appropriate mood and music.
Adding to the glamour are the elevated mirror-backed bar, flowing maroon silk curtains, button-backed leather chairs, and gold detailing, all of which create the perfect atmosphere for rubbing shoulders with the likes of P. Diddy and the Crown Princes.
International, uber-trendy clubbers, celebrities, and media types, mid-20s to mid-30s.
DJs every night play rock-chic, alternative, and dance floor favorites. Live music in the restaurant on Thursday evenings.
Fine contemporary European cuisine served W–Sa 8–11:30pm. Popular dishes include red mullet with herb salad, fresh oysters, beef Wellington, and roasted lamb.
Appetizers £10+, entrées £18+, full tasting menu £70. Membership £700/year. Cocktails £13+.
Smart casual or club attire. Dress code: no sneakers.
Wednesdays through Saturdays around midnight.
