1. Account Information

a. Registration and Sign In
In order to view content on PartyEarth.com you must register for a free membership. Registration is easy and only requires you to enter your email address, name, and password, and agree to the Terms of Use. Upon registering your account, we will send you an email to verify your account. By following the instructions in the email and clicking on the verification link, you will have verified your account and completed your registration. Once registration is complete you can sign in using your email address and password.

b. Account Settings

i. Changing Your Account Information
You can update your account information, including your member display name and your password, by editing your profile in the “My Party Earth” section of the website.

ii. Deactivating Your Account
If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact customer service at service@partyearth.com.

iii. Reactivating Your Account
If you have previously deactivated you account and wish to reactivate your account, please contact customer service at service@partyearth.com.

iv. Newsletter
As a member or subscriber to PartyEarth.com we will send you periodic newsletters with updates about our website, our books, and other news related to Party Earth. All members will receive our newsletter unless they choose to opt out. If you do not want to receive the newsletter you can opt out during registration, or by editing your profile in the “My Parth Earth” section of the website.

c. Privacy/Security
Our privacy and security policies are laid out in the Privacy Policy section of the website. If you have questions or concerns regarding privacy or security, please contact us at privacy@partyearth.com.

d. Technical Requirements
PartyEarth.com works in most browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. Flash is required to view certain aspects of the web site including the map and navigation bar.  If you are unable to view the map on the homepage, please download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

It will help you quickly navigate to the cities that are important to you on any particular day. From the map you can drill down to a particular city by clicking on one of the colored dots. Or by mousing over the dots, you can navigate to a particular Hotspot or Festival/Event that's happening today.

c. Reviews
The Reviews section of Party Earth will help acclimate you to each city and provide you with the high level and detailed information you need to maximize your time. The Reviews section contains two primary areas: the destination overview and the detailed reviews.

You will find just enough reviews for each city and neighborhood to offer variety, but not so much as to overwhelm you.

Pay particular attention to the reviewer ratings as they will help you determine how you might enjoy a
particular place.

Also, the tip from one of our reviewers, which is an essential part of every review, includes more personal insight that will help you get the most out of your visit to each of these venues.

d. Calendar
The Calendar will help you find hotspots, festivals, and events on any day in the cities we cover. It can help you plan your social calendar tonight, over the weekend, a week in advance, or even months in advance.

Simply select a city and a date and check out all the info happening on that day. Hotspots are places that we've identified as hot on this particular day or night. Festivals/Events include festivals, concerts, and sporting events happening in the city on the selected day.

e. PE Store

i. Registration
In order to complete a purchase in the PE Store you must first create a free account and become a member of the site.

ii. Accepted forms of payment
Accepted forms of payment include Mastercard and Visa.

iii. Outside the US
Party Earth books and other products are currently only shipped to locations within the United States. If you are outside the United States and would like to purchase a Party Earth product, try Amazon.com or another mass retailer in your country. We apologize for any trouble or inconvenience you experience and plan to distribute Party Earth products globally in the near future.

iv. Return policy
All products purchased on PartyEarth.com are refundable for 30 days under the condition that they are returned in a sellable condition. For refunds, please mail your book along with your name, order number, and reason for return to: Party Earth, LLC, 858 West Armitage Avenue, Suite 182, Chicago, IL 60614. Return shipping costs to and from Party Earth are the responsibility of the customer.

v. Shipping & Handling
All books purchased on partyearth.com will be shipped at the desired shipping speed of the customer. Books are shipped through the US Postal Service. The following shipping options are available:

• Standard (4-8 business days) - $3.99 + $.99 per item
• Priority (2-3 business days) - $9.99  + $1.99 per item
• Overnight (Next day) - $24.99 + $4.99 per item
  

vi. Taxes
We charge sales tax on book purchases shipped to addresses in states where we are required to do so by law.

vii. Order Status
