Party Earth Review Located under a large staircase across from the beach, L’Escalier’s easygoing, dive-bar vibe attracts a slightly gritty clientele looking for late-night fun. The bar’s street level area offers a few scattered tables and a large projection TV for watching sports, while the more spacious downstairs area features some small leather booths, a DJ booth, and a dance floor that’s known to get pretty rowdy as the night wears on.
