Party Earth Review: Tiki huts, palm trees, and lots of bamboo combine to create a tropical paradise at Pam Pam Rhumerie, where fruity drinks are served in funky glasses and occasionally set on fire. The Polynesian palace décor features wooden mosaics of the tropics and exotic plants in every corner, as well as low couches in a colorful wild-animal print that provide the well dressed and upbeat clientele a place to lounge over cocktails. Day and early evening hours bring in a mixed older crowd for post-beach drinks, but later on the bongo band and sensual performances by Brazilian dancers give the vibe an extra boost of energy as the outdoor terrace begins to fill with an upscale pre-club crowd. Without a doubt, Pam Pam’s energetic atmosphere and tropical rum cocktails will prepare anyone for a night of dancing.
