Party Earth Le Pavoniere Review

The Scene

Le Pavoniere (The Peacock's House) is the city's summer oasis where there's always a relaxing atmosphere under the sun and a tropical party under the stars.

Le Pavoniere (The Peacock’s House) is the city’s summer oasis where there’s always a relaxing atmosphere under the sun and a tropical party under the stars.

The extraordinary resort setup features a large swimming pool and clubhouse that swarm with activity during the day when families, kids, and people of all ages show up to frolic in the water or engage in various activities on the grounds.

By night, candles light the circles of white seats on either side of the pool, creating a soothing yet casually festive atmosphere as patrons mingle at the three poolside bars, snack at the simple restaurant, and revel in the paradise setting and summer ambiance.

Although a DJ spins at night, Le Pavoniere maintains a laid-back lounge-type vibe perfect for socializing with groups of friends in the warmth of the evening.

Tip from Emma:

One of the best places to spend a day or night in Florence. Take a walk over there in the late afternoon to relax by the pool, watch the sunset, and enjoy a fresh pizza. It’s also a great spot for having a few drinks before heading over to Central Park later on.

  • Crowd

Mostly Italians. All ages during the day, 20s and 30s at night.

  • Entertainment / Music

Large pool. DJs play ambient pop and international club music during the day, then really pump it out at night.

  • Food / Miscellaneous

The restaurant opens daily at 7pm and serves pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes. Taxis don’t generally stop in the area, so patrons should have the bartender call one when they’re ready to go.

  • Prices

Menu €5–€10. Beer, wine, and cocktails €7, soft drinks €3. Taxis average €12–€15 to/from the Duomo.

  • What to Wear / Dress Code

Beachwear by day, casual by night.

  • Hot Nights / When to Go

    Any night during the summer.
