Circuit Du Mugello is a racetrack in Mugello, Italy, not far from Florence. In 1914 the circuit held its first motor race and has been driven on by famous names such as Enzo Ferrari and Emilio Materassi. In 1973 the track was reconstructed and reopened in 1974. Its length and curves make it one of the most competitive racetracks in the world.
The modern racing facility is currently owned by Scuderia Ferrari and is used for Ferrari Formula 1 testing. In addition, the Italian Grand Prix holds an annual event on the track, as do the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters.
The venue prides itself on its vast grounds, which serve as a host for a wide range of events other than racing, such as bike and car free practices and motorcycle meetings.
In the main building are multiple VIP and hospitality lounges, which offer plasma TV screenings and can be rented for a single event or for a full season.
Within the site’s main facilities is also a Media Center used for various sports events, presentations, and conventions.
