Party Earth Review: Beautifully designed as a park complete with tree-lined paths and benches, Central Park is an unforgettable club with three distinct dance areas, lots of scattered bars, and plenty of space to just hang out. The main room, open only in the summer, is an enormous tented area with open sides and features a huge dance floor and DJ booth from which blast the sounds of hip-hop and pop music. A simple décor of white sheets, chandeliers, twinkling tree lights, and lighted columns fading from electric blue to hot pink adds to the boisterous mood where well-dressed patrons dance all night in the open air. Meanwhile, an elevated cabana-like VIP area with sofas and a private bar provides a more exclusive environment for those who need a place away from the bustle of the main room. Two smaller dance areas with changing seasonal décor are dedicated to house music and hip-hop respectively, with the hip-hop room drawing a crowd with a more urban style. Despite the club’s rather sophisticated atmosphere and fashionable patrons, nights at Central Park can get pretty rowdy as the cocktails keep flowing and the crowd starts dancing on the tables.

Food/Miscellaneous

No food. Easiest way to get to and from the club is by taxi.

The club works on the drink card system. Patrons are given a card upon entry, and all expenses are charged to this card, which must then be paid on the way out. Credit cards accepted.

Cover charge €10–€13, includes one drink; €3 for American students before 12:30am on Wednesdays (summer). Coat check €5/item. Drinks €10. Taxi from the center of the city approximately €10.
