Mika has been making feel-good positive pop hits since 2006. Born Michael Holbrook Penniman in 1983, Mika has topped charts and made fans all around the world with his energetic live show. The singer first got attention in the UK through his first single “Relax, Take It Easy”, which was quickly picked up by DJ Scott Mills for play on BBC Radio 1.
In 2007, his debut album Life in Cartoon Motion established Mika as an international pop star. The album sold more than 5.6 million copies, won a Brit Award for Best British Breakthrough Act, and was nominated for a Grammy Award. And in 2010, France honored Mika’s contributions to music by inducting him as a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters.
Tickets to see Mika live in concert tend to sell out early. His show brings out a friendly crowd ready to sing along and dance all night.
