I saw Manufactured Superstars at Exchange LA this weekend as a last minute decision -- my friends and I had just been there the previous night for W&W, but impulsively decided to go on Saturday too since tickets were cheap and we didn't know that much about the group. Checking out their YouTube videos, they seemed to have a more pop-house sound, with a lot of female vocals, so that's the sound I was expecting on Saturday. Needless to say, I was in for a lot more, and the Manufactured Superstars put on a better show than W&W the previous night -- seemed like M.S. had the focus of keeping the dance floor going by just playing a bunch of really good house music, without dropping out the beat too much for a buildup (a criticism I had of W&W). The crowd was large but not overly packed, so it was a great experience and the Superstars have earned themselves a new fan! Definitely would go see them again, they provided a great club experience.
