Formed by the Garza brothers -- Henry (guitar, vocals), Jojo (bass, vocals), and Ringo (drums, vocals) -- the Texan trio known as Los Lonely Boys left their native San Angelo, Texas, in the 1990s and headed to Nashville to play and record a mix of blues, roots, and Latin rock. Their album Los Lonely Boys, recorded at Willie Nelson’s ranch in 2003, was picked up by Epic Records. One single from the album, “Heaven,” was a huge hit, peaking at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart, reaching double platinum status. “Heaven” won the group a Grammy for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. In 2005, the trio performed on the Carlos Santana album All That I Am. Since then, the Garza brothers have released four more successful albums: Sacred, Forgiven, 1969, and Rockpango. Now based in Austin, Texas, the Los Lonely Boys pull in both rock and country audiences when on tour.
