Victor Hernández Dec 15, 2012 I discovered Grouplove when they opened for Two Door Cinema Club at The Wiltern and have since seen them at Coachella and Make Music Pasadena. I love their sound and the band itself. They have such a good vibe you can tell they love what they do. Also Hannah Hooper is a Los Angeles artist who does all the paintings for their sets as well as their album covers. The more you know.
Dhogan Aug 17, 2012 I've been a fan of Grouplove for a while now, and finally got to see them at Coachella this past year. I think they were a bit timid starting off, as it was an early show on the first day, and the speakers were turned way too low to really get into it, but by halfway through the set it seemed like all the technical difficulties were adjusted, they kicked into some of their better songs, and I had an absolutely awesome time for the second half of the show. They are really great live when they are playing with confidence and with the proper sound. I'd say based on the kind of music they play, try to see them somewhere intimate rather than a large space and it is guaranteed to be better.
