I happened upon Grace Potter by accident at Lollapalooza two years ago and was absolutely blown away! The amount of passion for music that is apparent in her performances is astounding. She can go from the slow blues to hard rock without you even noticing. I have seen her 4 times now and every concert has been better than the last. In a world moving away from classic rock, Grace Potter shows us why it's some of the greatest music in the world. She can sing like almost no other woman I have ever heard and her love of her job makes the shows that much better. She is absolutely gorgeous, has an amazing stage presence and is now only the second woman ever to have Gibson make her a custom Grace Potter signature guitar, the first being Joan Jett.

Another new band that I am happy I discovered when I was button happying my way through Spotify! Jesus, this band really rocks. These guys are a Rock band! Not Indie, not Folk but pure Rock band with a pretty cute lead vocalist (Grace Potter in case you guys are still wondering! The hint is in the band name!!) Grace Potter has a voice to die for! She can really scream it out and suddenly lower the pitch in a heart beat! They are playing at The Wiltern on November 2 and I am raring to go! I can't stress enough how awesome Grace Potter's voice is. These guys have a bunch of soft and fast songs and she just dominates them all. My favorite songs are "The Lion The Beast The Beat", "Stars", "Apologies", "Nothing but the Water (I)".
