Daedelus

Daedelus – whose legal name is Alfred Darlington – is a member of the musical groups The Long Lost and Adventure Time and is a producer/DJ based in Los Angeles, California.

Daedelus studied jazz at the University of Southern California and is classically trained on double bass and clarinet – and is also prolific at guitar and accordion – and often samples music from the 30s and 40s in his dance music and hip-hop, making Daedelus performances some of the most unique DJ shows around.

In 2002, Daedelus released his first full-length album, Invention, and critics and fans both agreed that the DJ’s composing skills were on par with the best in the business. Daedelus released an album every year between 2003 and 2006 and worked on countless singles, remixes, and side projects as well.
