Cman Mar 16, 2013 All hail the pop princess. I remember her when she was in her prime. Sold out concerts and crazy teeny boppers idolizing her, the good old days have come and gone. Fast forward to today and the music industry has changed and so has Britney as well. I still don’t get why she went through the psycho stage (shaving head bald, aggressive driving, etc.) but I have already overlooked the craziness and still give her mad respect with her talent. Some of my favorite songs: there’s a lot on the list and it’s divided with new Britney and old Britney.

Nov 29, 2012 Britney has never stopped releasing fun, catchy music. Whether she is on top of the world, dancing at the 2001 VMAs while carrying a snake, or sluggishly moving to "Gimme More" at the 2007 VMAs, she always manages to have our attention. She may have changed, and so has her music, but I always find myself dancing along to her songs. Her music is just that much fun. Britney has been through her ups and downs, both in her personal life and in the media, going from a clean cut virgin girl image to a sex icon, and even to celebrity-gone-lunatic at some point. She is the rock and roll pop star. But she is also the Princess of Pop. She is iconic and her music never seizes to be as entertaining as the lady herself.

Natalie Moyce Oct 26, 2012 Looking back through pictures of Britney makes me lol. She was ever so much younger then... I idolized her when I was little and bought all of her CDs, and am actually very impressed that she has grown up with me and is still so famous. I have never had the pleasure of seeing her live, but I have only heard good things, and that's something considering how many performances she's done. Whatever we may say about her personal life, the tabloids hate her because they love her, and I have always been the first to defend her voice, although I do not always approve of the generously applied auto-tune. Her voice was great back when she did nothing to it, and it's pretty crazy that she can still come out with awesome electro beats and hits so many years later. Can't help but admire her.
