Anthony B

Anthony B – born as Keith Blair in Clark’s Town in Jamaica – is known for his spiritual and proactive reggae music. Blair grew up idolizing reggae legends Bob Marley and Peter Tosh, and their influences, along with bits and pieces of Rastafari ideology, are readily apparent in Anthony B music. Instead of degrading women in his early music in the early 1990s, which was a trend among Reggae artists, Anthony B chose to write and perform politically slanted tracks.

Since his debut album Real Revolutionary (called So Many Things in the U.S.) in 1996, Anthony B has gone on to release 13 albums, a 1000 singles, and collaborate with the likes of Snopp Dogg, Wyclef Jean and Bone Crusher. Some of Anthony B’s more recent hit singles include “Sleeping in the Rain,” “Satisfaction,” and “Bad From Long Time.”

Anthony B continues to dominate the reggae scene today with his electrifying performances and poignant social commentary. The artist tours extensively in Europe and North America and Anthony B tickets are always some of the hottest tickets in town.
