GEICO 400 Description

Every summer since 2001, NASCAR fans from around the world come to the famous Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois for the Geico 400. The Geico 400 is the opening one-day event in the Chase for the Sprint Cup, as a part of NASCAR’s most popular Sprint Cup series. The biggest names in racing come out to compete for the title and cash prizes with past Geico 400 winners including racing icons like Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, and Brad Keselowski.

Tickets for the Geico 400 start at $55. But be sure to get yours early, as this is one of the biggest racing events of the year and fans tend to quickly buy out each of the Chicagoland Speedway’s 75,000 seats. After the races, join fans in packing out the surrounding bars and restaurants, or bring your own drinks and join the tailgate party that sprawls across the campgrounds at Chicagoland Speedway.
