The Chicago Fire is a Major League Soccer (MLS) team that plays games at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois. The stadium was built in 2006 and has a seating capacity of 20,000. The Fire first started kicking balls back in 1997 and play in the Eastern Conference. The team was named after the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, but fortunately Fire games aren’t nearly as tragic, as the team is winners of multiple cups and championships. Notable Fire players over the years have included Piotr Nowak, C.J. Brown, Ante Razov, Brian McBride, DaMarcus Beasley, Carlos Bocanegra, Chris Armas, Frank Klopas, and Lubos Kubik. Chicago Fire tickets can be pretty easy to come by, but any big matches can make it a little tougher to find a great seat.
